  1. the grammar in this article is terrible – ‘looks good on both man and women’? ‘it doesn’t leaves a scar’? ‘because it goes through the skin and breaks her’? did a child write this?

not to mention the wide generalisation that all piercers must be male: ‘before you decide to go under the needle make sure that you go to a man that has experience with piercing and knows what he is doing.’

this article wasn’t good at all. it sounds as if a child wrote it. it is repetitive, boring and unhelpful.

  2. I wouldn’t say the pain is medium, I almost passed out because it hurt so bad and I have a pretty high pain tolerance in general. And I would suggest going back to the piercer to change the ring for the first time because when I tried to take my ring out almost 5 months after I got my piercing, I couldn’t find the hole and I wasn’t able to get my ring back in. That being said, I loved having my septum pierced. But just be prepared, if you live in a smaller city like I do, people will give you their opinion about your septum. Constantly. Just remember that you’re awesome regardless of what they say.

    • For some people it just hurts more. I’d say it was a 2/10 for me, but I agree with you about going to a piercer to change it for the first time. I changed it myself and well, that hurt more than actually piercing it, but then again I did it one week before the minimum healing time. Oops. Took a while to find the hole for me too, buuut after an hour or two of trying, I managed in more or less a painful way ;-; Now that being said, it healed beautifully and I never had any more troubles with it than that, I love my piercing!

  3. When did piercings become so common? And really, “show your dangerous side?” When Jessica Biel is wearing something, it’s no longer dangerous. I’ve seen so many kids wearing this piercing lately that it will be over by the end of the year.
