Naples sits on the Bay of Naples, on the southern coast of Italy, near the famous Mount Vesuvius, the still-active volcano that destroyed already nearby Roman town Pompeii. Also, the Italian created a famous dessert named after the volcano which is to die for. Just not literally. The city has centuries of important art and architecture dating back to 2 Millenium BC. That’s old. The lavish Palace would be something to see and definitely be part of, including Castel Nuovo a 13th-century castle. A big argument would be that the pizza was created over here. A debate that will never cease. So we won’t start. But apparently, pizza is from Naples.
